By hiring us for any project, you agree to these terms as part of your contract with WCHStudios.

We only serve professionals in the financial and insurance industries to ensure niche-specific designs and compliance.

4. Project Scope & Delivery

  • All projects are fixed-price and outlined in advance in the contract.
  • Websites are developed and launched on the client’s domain.
  • Revisions and expectations are set at the beginning of each project.
  • WCHStudios will use industry-standard platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, and others.

5. Payment Terms

  • 100% upfront payment is required before the project begins.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
  • Refunds are available within 15 days of delivery, if the client is not satisfied.
  • Late fees are not charged unless specified in your individual contract.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Clients fully own all deliverables upon full payment, including the website and design assets.
  • Third-party tools/plugins used (e.g., Elementor) are licensed as per their own terms.
  • Licensing for premium tools or stock images will be clearly outlined in the proposal.

7. Support & Maintenance

  • We offer 3 months of unlimited updates after project launch.
  • Ongoing maintenance packages are available after this period upon request.

8. Compliance & Content Responsibility

  • We assist in creating compliant websites following financial industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, NAIC).
  • We can provide templates and guidance for privacy policies, terms of use, and disclaimers.
  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of the content provided.

9. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
  • WCHStudios will not share, reuse, or disclose client data or intellectual property without permission.

10. Termination Policy

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice.
  • In case of termination, WCHStudios will be paid for work completed up to that point.
  • Refunds are not applicable after the 15-day post-delivery window.

11. Limitation of Liability

WCHStudios shall not be held liable for:

  • Legal, compliance, or financial penalties incurred by the client due to incorrect or outdated information
  • Downtime or loss caused by third-party services or plugins
  • Indirect or consequential damages

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Legal proceedings, if required, will take place in the jurisdiction of Pakistan.

13. Amendments

WCHStudios reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of any material changes before accepting new work or services.

14. Acceptance

These terms are accepted upon signing the contract proposal shared with the client at the start of the engagement.
